Request account deletion

Submit the email used for your family account. A family administrator will verify the request before removing login access and eligible personal information. Records needed to preserve verified family history may instead be anonymised or retained with restricted visibility.

You may also email privacy@thomasnjayafamily.com. Never include a password, national ID or passport number in an email.
